"Real Video Drive Player" is a driving simulator software that allows playback of driving footage captured with a dedicated 360° camera system, synchronized with steering, acceleration, and braking operations. Since it plays actual video footage rather than CGI, it provides overwhelming realism and immersion. It is also possible to display pedestrians crossing the road through CGI compositing. It projects over 130 degrees of field of view on a single PC screen.
